Ozmo’s Growth team recently had the opportunity to attend a dedicated strategic vendor conference with one of Ozmo’s very own customers, Cricket Wireless.
At this event, Senior New Business Manager at Ozmo Daniel Fithian presented Cricket and AT&T Prepaid Wireless with critical details on how to get the most out of Ozmo’s omnichannel platform for both contact center teams and customers alike. He also worked with other technology vendors to collaborate and discover new ways to support Cricket’s business.
Ozmo’s team obtained invaluable insight from the conference, including how to leverage digital teams across industry verticals and how to overcome challenges within the contact center space.
