Nex-Tech Wireless selects Ozmo for first-class tech support

BLACKSBURG, Va., March 30, 2022 – Regional mobile network operator (MNO) Nex-Tech Wireless has selected Ozmo to provide state-of-the-art omnichannel tech support to its Customer Care teams and end customers.
Nex-Tech Wireless now has access to Ozmo for Agents, a solution within Ozmo’s omnichannel platform. Ozmo for Agents offers scalable, robust resources for contact center agents to assist and empower representatives in assisting their customers in every support interaction, no matter how complex.
Ozmo for Agents includes a comprehensive virtual device and app library that offers the ability to freely navigate through wireless devices and apps to support Nex-Tech Wireless’s Customer Care teams.
In this multi-year agreement, Nex-Tech Wireless will also soon roll out Ozmo self serve to equip their end customers with extensive self-serve support solutions to solve their device and app queries. These self-serve solutions include: troubleshooting, initial setup, getting the most out of their technology and more.
Nex-Tech Wireless customers within Kansas can anticipate access to Ozmo’s interactive tutorials later this year.
