Ozmo has partnered with mce to provide a unique solution to solve consumer support. The Ozmo API has been integrated into mce’s device diagnostic application to create an enhanced consumer experience for resolving device issues. This allows the companies’ joint mobile operator customers to immediately enjoy the benefit of these two core technologies combined online and on-device.

For consumers attempting to resolve issues on their own, the integration between Ozmo’s self-serve answer solution and mce’s on-device application creates an unparalleled self-serve experience. The integrated solution provides a high level of automation and device awareness, which in turn increases the already high call deflection rates the Ozmo self serve solution yields.
The integrated solutions have recently been successfully launched with a major North American mobile carrier and are in trials with several others. Ozmo’s and mce’s customers have experienced immediate, proven value thanks to the enhanced solution with little to no integration effort.
