At Mountain Connect 2025, Ozmo’s team of support experts had the opportunity to highlight how Ozmo's AI-powered support solutions can help broadband providers deliver seamless and efficient customer service, reducing support costs and improving user satisfaction. In addition to sharing expertise, the event provided an invaluable opportunity to connect with fellow professionals, share insights and collaborate on strategies to bridge the digital divide.

Along with networking with new individuals, Ozmo had the chance to connect with our partners at Calix, further strengthening our collaboration in advancing broadband solutions. Lastly, we attended sessions and workshops that delved into the latest trends, challenges and best practices in broadband deployment and adoption, including:

  • “Accelerating AI into Broadband Networks”: This session, featuring the Founder and Principal at Entropy, VP of Broadband Partners at Nokia, and CEO at Newby Ventures, explored how AI is reshaping the network and fiber ecosystems. Attendees gained practical insights into AI’s impact across data centers, middle-mile infrastructure, fiber networks, and the connected home.
  • “Three Forces Driving the Internet’s Next Leap Forward”: The Executive Vice President and Chief Network Officer at Comcast discussed AI, sports streaming, and the emergence of low-latency as a key measure of network quality. These trends highlight the growing demand for a robust, world-class broadband network—one capable of supporting future innovations and delivering a seamless digital experience to consumers.

Mountain Connect 2025 was more than just a conference; it was a vital forum for advancing the mission of universal broadband access. At Ozmo, we are confident that the discussions and connections made played a significant role in shaping a more connected and equitable future for all.

We enjoyed our time at Mountain Connect 2025 and look forward to future opportunities to connect with the broadband community.
