With over two decades of experience in the telecom space, including over 15 years at Verizon and a career spanning engineering, marketing, digital growth and customer experience, Mike brings a wealth of telecom expertise and a fresh vision to Ozmo’s Customer Success team. 

Mike joins Ozmo at an exciting time in the company’s journey. His strategic leadership is uniquely positioned to drive success, retention and growth for Ozmo’s expanding customer base. As VP of Customer Success, he will enhance Ozmo’s support of its valued customers, building on the strong foundation laid by his predecessor, Chris Poulton, whose dedication has been instrumental in shaping this next chapter.

The establishment of Ozmo’s Customer Success function just two years ago marked a significant milestone in the company’s growth, yielding impressive results. Since its inception, Ozmo has seen notable gains in feature adoption, integration depth and multi-channel implementation. Average usage per customer has increased by over 40%, emphasizing Ozmo’s commitment to delivering customer value. 

With Mike’s arrival, Ozmo enters the next phase of investment in its Customer Success capabilities, ensuring the company continues to provide best-in-class support and solutions as the tech industry evolves.

In his new role, Mike aims to leverage his deep knowledge to elevate Ozmo’s offerings across the telecom landscape and beyond, growing user adoption across agent and self-serve interactions alike.
